We operate the Client Lens platform, a client intelligence application for beauty and service businesses ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Client Lens.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, and payment information (processed by our payment provider).
Square data: When you connect your Square account, we access appointment records, client names and contact information, service history, and transaction data as authorized by you through Square's OAuth flow.
Usage data: We collect standard log data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and feature interactions to operate and improve the Service.
Notes and content: Any stylist notes, client briefs, or custom content you create within the platform is stored on your behalf.

By creating an account or using Client Lens (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") between you and Easy Dial AI, Inc. ("Easy Dial AI", "we", or "us"), a Delaware corporation. If you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Client Lens is a client intelligence platform that connects to Square Appointments and provides business analytics, client briefs, and related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at hello@clientlens.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share your account with others or create accounts using automated means.
Client Lens is offered on a subscription basis. Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You retain ownership of all data you bring to or create within the Service, including Square data and client notes. You grant Easy Dial AI a limited license to process this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate rights and consents to use client data within the platform, including compliance with applicable privacy laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Dial AI's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Your client data is sensitive. We treat it that way. Here's exactly how we protect it.
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest using AES-256. This includes all client records, notes, and analytics data.
Role-based access ensures your stylists only see the data relevant to them. Owner and admin roles have separate permission sets. All access is logged.
Each business account is logically isolated. Your data is never commingled with another business's data at the application or database layer.
Your data is backed up daily with point-in-time recovery available. Backups are stored in geographically separate locations for redundancy.
We conduct regular internal security reviews and code audits. Vulnerabilities are triaged and addressed based on severity, with critical issues patched immediately.
We connect to Square via their official OAuth2 flow. We never store your Square credentials. You can revoke access at any time directly from your Square dashboard.
We take security reports seriously. If you've discovered a potential security issue in Client Lens, please email us directly. We'll respond within 48 hours and work with you responsibly.
